Loved the bed the most comfortable ever. The lounge was lovely and new but a little uncomfortable/hard. The apartment overall was cleana nd well maintained.

Perfect! We asked for a room with a view and it was lovely. The tub was nice and clean. the balcony was large and comfortable. The evening reception staff was very friendly!!! The morning check out staff a little less nice but still good. We loved it!

After a rough week at other hotels, we felt so comfortable and nurtured by the comfort of the bed. we enjoyed the bathtub too. This is a very nice place, i just wish there was more available in North Queensland. Thank you.

Have stayed here 3 times now in different room types and each has been really good. Would recommend this over other hotels in the area that I have stayed in such as The Sebel and The Mercure.
The staff are friendly and one time when I had an issue with the TV they were up to fix it within 5 mins - a sign of good service. The apartment is modern, very clean and spacious. Had a decent range of utensils/crockery if you are planning to do cooking there as well.
All the apartments I have stayed in (blocks A, B and C) were really quiet. Highly recommended - will now return regularly.

We recently booked apartment 313, a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment via meritons own website for two nights @ $97 per night. I was so surprised at how spacious this apartment was, with a laundry, kitchen , living room and court yard with 4 person setting, upstairs was one bedroom with balcony and bathroom (extra toilet downstairs). The apartment and complex was very well kept, easy to find and very handy to the rivercat (to access city, homebush bay ect), We also booked a 1br for one night for my parents apartment 715 on the 7th floor, although we tried to upgrade a 2bedroom to accomodate all of us, we were unable to do so, and although we were disappointed, the reservations person was able to offer the same rate I had paid instead of the rate advertised for the night (a difference of $40) which we were happy with. Gloria jeans is located accross the road which not only does coffee, but breakfast too. Very very happy with our stay and would definately recommend to others, meriton never fails to deliver, ensuring we are returning guests.

we booked 1 bedroom apartment, they gave a us a 2 bedroom townhouse apartment, the view over the river was fantastic and very quiet. We have stayed at most places in Parramatta, this is by far the best and the price very reasonably, the bed is really comfortable, the only thing we did not like was the lounge, it was a little hard..Would definitley stay here again.

It is easy to become accustomed to the standard one room plus bathroom and still have to pay between two and three hundred dollars a night (or more). Who enjoys filling up the jug in the bathroom? How about two double beds in the one room for four people? No?
Meriton Apartments have taken accommodation to a new level with two bedrooms, one upstairs, and two bathrooms. With a gourmet kitchen, dining table, lounge, washing machine and dryer, it has everything that other motels don't. In fact it is a large two bedroom (king size beds) apartment with all the modern features you would expect if you were looking to buy. Underground parking serviced with lifts made our stay more comfortable. The cost? $240. In some other places in Sydney you might be lucky to get a toilet and half a room with a double bunk for that price. Remember that this was for four adults. The service was excellent and the apartments were first class. I highly recommend these apartments, not just for their value, but the quality of the accommodation. Well done Meriton!

I stayed in a single bedroom appartment. The appartment comprised a bedroom (with king size bed), bathroom, kitchen area, laundry, dining area and a lounge area. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. Appartment was spotlessly clean, beds were made up and new towels in bathroom, every morning.
Location was great, with many restaurants near by, all within a 10 to 20 minute walk. The appartment is located about 25k from centre of Sydney and about 1 hour from Sydney airport.
Things you should be aware of include - appartment offers parking at $20 per night, there is a charge for internet use (connection point in each room & need your own computer)
Overall a very nice place to stay and I would stay here again when in Parramatta next.

We were amazed by the location, friendly staff and the quality of this property. The rooms were spotless and huge. the bed was large and the room was dark, a great nights sleep. Our room overlooked the river and ferry wharf, it was very relaxing.

We stayed here for two days between Christmas and NY and were very satisfied with our choice. Very clean (except the pool) and thoughtfully planned out rooms. Having the ferry so close to the hotel was great. We went during a very busy time and therefore had a few issues using the swimming pool in the evening. There was a big family of 13-15 people (10 of them being children). Going for a dip or chilling out in the jacuzzi wasn't possible due to the screaming children who kept on throwing toilet paper in the pool. We weren't the only ones shocked at such behavior. There were about 6 other people who walked in, saw the atrociousness and walked right back out. When we went to the pool the following evening, we saw that the pool hadn't been cleaned at all with TP floating everywhere as well as it being thrown and stuck on the walls. Needless to say we walked back out again, unable to go for a swim. That's ok though...My only advice is to not go to the pool during very busy times. Everything else was delightful! p

My family and I stayed at the Meriton Parramatta from Saturday, 10 December until Tuesday, 13 December 2011. I just wanted to pass on my thanks to the staff on duty Saturday morning for their understanding and assistance in allowing us access to our apartment earlier than usual. At 9am my daughter was suffering from a severe migraine and needed to lie down in a dark room for several hours. Despite usual check in being 2pm, the staff at Parramatta were very helpful in arranging for our apartment to be ready by 11am and we were able to quickly put her to bed. This had a significant impact in aiding her recovery and we are very thankful for the staff involved. Could you please pass on our thanks and appreciation.

I was originally apprehensive about staying here after reading the reviews posted here, but after my stay I have only high praise for this hotel. I arrived quite early, but the two very friendly young ladies at reception said that my room was ready.

The room (626) was a 1800 ft2, 2 level, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with a full kitchen, laundry, living room and dining room - all overlooking the river. The room was nicely decorated, with a large flat-panel tv in the living room. Each level had its own terrace. Parking is underground for $20/day.

The river catamaran ferry to Sydney stops roughly 100ft from the back door of the complex. A ride to town costs less than $7 and takes about an hour - well worth it! From Circular Quay you can also take the train back if it's late in the evening, from which it's about a 10 minute walk back to the hotel.

There's plenty to keep you amused within a short walk. I will definitely stay here again!

Thankyou for a wonderful stay at your apartments. They were very clean and the service from your staff was impecccable. Nothing was too much trouble and always a smile. Nice change to other places we have been too. Arrival and departures were easy and hassle free. thankyou and congratulations to a bunch of great people. This is our second time there and planning to do it again next year

Stayed last year in merition world tower in sydney with my family 2 kids 6 an 7yr olds - views and place was amazing - walk to everything. This year working in parramatta - tried other hotels in area and meriton -apartment was both cheaper to stay for week at a time + more space + river view+ Great clean and modern 1 bedroom apartment - pictures reflect accomodation - very good. Will highly recommend to anyone to has to stay in parramatta.

the room was huge! ive stayed in alot of hotels around the city/parramatta area and paid much more for much smaller rooms. everyone was awesome

Meriton Parramatta is in an excellent location with easy access to restaurants and cafes. The riverside walk is a gem and the Rivercat wharf at the rear entrance is a real asset. The rooms are very well presented, fully equiped and clean. The complex facilities are excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - very roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed a late night walk along the river and down the street lined with restaurants. Found the largest Coles store we've ever been in and bought all we needed for a great dinner. We had a great time. When we return we look forward to making use of the ferry which is so close.

Just loved staying with Meriton Apartments, I've stayed with Meriton Pitt st, Meriton Danks St, and Meriton Parramatta, Loved it all...I must say Im Meriton's biggest fan, great customer service, great place where they at, Great looking rooms, what else could I ask 4??...thumps up!!!

Our stay was a very enjoyable one, my partner and i were exceptionally pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the apartment itself and made note particularly on how comfortable the beds were.

We would just like to say that our stay with the Meriton Serviced Apartments Parramatta was enjoyable. HUGE pat on the back to housekeeping who outshone Star City staff for attention to detail... The apartment we stayed in was generously proportioned, reasonably well appointed with modern furnishings, it had a calming ambient affect, especially with the Parramatta River bubbling in the background! All in all, great place to stay at affordable rates...
