We had a one-bedroom apartment which was comfortable and contained all the necessary amenities for a few nights' stay. The check-in was very efficient and we were glad to find out that our request for a quiet apartment was noted. The location was very convenient and enabled us to get to most places which we wanted to get to on foot, including Circular Quay, the Rocks and the Botanic Gardens. The apartment was given a light service each day, and we have no complaints about the housekeeping.

The only thing I didn't like was the two single beds joined, however I appreciate that this was highlighted on the website. Absolutely everything was beyond expectations, we only stayed one night but I was definately ready to move in! I loved the balconies and that you could get fresh air unlike most places. Its even worth noting the lounge was extremely comfortable.

But I must add it was my wests tigers boys that made me aware of these apartments, great way of advertising and I really appreciated the members discount :)

Great front desk staff, beautifully clean and well appointed apartment.

We stayed here for two nights whilst my husband was on business in Sydney. We were accompanied by our 14 month old son. We were allocated a 2 bedroom apartment as we needed a bath for our son. We occupied the master bedroom and used the ensuite next to it which had a bath. The other bedroom and the other bathroom were locked. Undercover parking was available and easily accessed. We did not pay for the stay so I cannot comment on value for money.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the CBD, only a block or so from the Pitt Street Mall. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, bottle shops, in short, everything you could ever possibly need.

The room was well furnished and had the best stocked kitchen of any hotel I have ever stayed in. There were floor to ceiling windows which offered spectacular views of the city. My son could not stop looking out of them. There was plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed here for 7 Nights (late February till March 5th)
We ordered a 1 bedroom apartment, but we ended up getting a 2 bedroom apartment (second bedroom was locked) which means we had a lot more space, our friend stayed in a hotel nearby but came over every evening for drinks and sometimes dinner.
our room could've been cleaned every day, however we were quite tidy, so we told them it wasn't needed.
I will deffinately use Meriton again as it is a lot better than hotels in that you can buy your own drinks and cook your own food (saved us a lot of money)
Bedroom was really clean and bright, same for the bathroom which had a bath and seperate shower.
The living room was huge, everything you'd want if you would have your apartment in Sydney.
Kitchen also had everything you would need to make yourself comfortable.
all in all, we had an amazing time here.

I stayed at the Meriton (Pitt Street Sydney) in March 2012 for business/leisure.
I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 2-nights which was large and very comfortable and then moved into a smaller studio apartment for 2 nights which was also very comfortable (and not too small either). The location of the apartments was fantastic - very close to everything. The service was very good also.

Our stay at Pitt Street Meriton was terrific. Had not stayed at Meriton before but definitely would in the future - and would recommend to friends & family without hesitation. We stayed for three nights (Mon, Tues, Wed) before we returned to Perth, following a wedding & family get together in Newcastle. The apartment had always been serviced by the time we returned each day. Because the apartments are centrally located we were able to walk everywhere - first outing to the Queen Victoria building & Westfield. Next day to Circular Quay to take a ferry to Manly & back & then walk around to the Rocks area & then back up through the City. On the last day (Wed) we headed towards Paddy's Markets where they also have discounted shopping outlets on the upper floors & then down to Darling Harbour where we decided to cat! ch the Monorail back around to Pitt Street. There was an abundance of eating places which we took advantage of. Having a large Woolworths supermarket just around the corner was an added bonus so we bought a few supplies there to use in the apartment. All in all, it was a delightful stay - eventhough we had to pay $200 bond up front like everyone else.

This building is in a great location, just down the road from Darling harbour, and 10 minutes walk from the bridge, Opera house, and botanical gardens.
The apartment was very modern with everything you would expect from a serviced apartment. The pool is a good size and the gym has all you need to keep things ticking over.
All in all - Highy recommended.

thankyou to the staff for making our stay a pleasure, i wanted a lovely hotel easily accessible to everything in cbd, a big room with modern furniture and all facilities and appliances for my husbands birthday, the meriton provided all of this and more, the service was fantastic and the staff were wonderful. We will be returning and recommending the meriton to everyone.

With their great location and their serviced apartment is spacious, clean and neat, which includes kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, a living room, a dining table, big enough to sit 6 people.
Strongly recommend this hotel if you are travelling as a group! Woolworth is also just behind the hotel (near the station) George street is also just around the corner.
Their utensils, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, you name it they have it! They even have a oven for you to heat up your food. You can have your own breakfast with toasted bread and jam with hot tea and we even managed to cook simple dinner in the hotel.

When we visited Sydney in the past, we stayed at a hotel chain, but when their price increased drastically, we explored other options and chose this property. We were very pleased during our stay. The location was great, close to all the shopping including a grocery store around the corner. Although we had a one bedroom unit with a kitchen, we found Doppio Restaurant which served the best coffee (skinny flat white), fruit salad and eggs, and it is directly accross the street. The staff at Meriton was very helpful and the checkin/checkout process was with ease. We reserved a one bedroom, was given a two bedroom, so the second bedroom and bath were locked, which was fine. We did get two balconies and a higher level floor as requested. The in-room laundry was also a plus. We went to Palm Cove for one weekend and left luggage we weren't bringing at the facility which was locked up. We returned and were given another apartment which was equally as nice. My spouse preferred the layout of the first apartment we stayed at. When we return to Sydney, we will stay here again.

We stayed at this Meriton for 4 days in January, 2012. We had a one bedroom apartment. It was roomy and well appointed. It had a full kitchen, a nice sized bedroom a comfortable living/dining room and en suite. While we did no real cooking, the kitchen had everything one would need if one was so inclined. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk to the Circular Quay. It is convenient to public transportation and walking distance to most tourist destinations in Sydney.
The hotel is clean and quiet. There is a small gym, a pool and sauna. Parking is available. We did not use it so cannot comment on its cost or availability. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We booked a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Sky view apartment for our party of 4, and could not have chosen better. Clean, spacious, functional, nice beds and beautiful bathrooms. Much better than booking 2 hotel rooms and much cheaper. Woolworth supermarket next door and bottle shop around the corner. A bit of a walk to Wynyard and the proximity to George Street (a bit rough on a saturday night) the only negatives.Would stay there again any time.

We had an excellent stay at the apartments. I had requested an apartment as high up as possible and you did not disappoint us - the view was amazing. The apartment was serviced to a very high standard and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definately recommend the apartments and will be staying again when we return to Australia.

We have stayed several times with the Pitt St Meriton and have always been very satisfied with the service and the rooms. Rooms have always been cleaned to a very high standard including the bathrooms. We were very impressed with our last visit as we were unexpectedly upgraded (this has never happened to us before!).
We have chosen the Meriton Pitt St again in October for a special occasion and have booked several rooms for our friends as we felt we can trust the quality/cleanliness of the rooms for this important event.

A fabulous property and an excellent experience from reservation through to checking out. The staff were competent and friendly and the apartments themselves were very well appointed with every facility required. This is the second time I have booked for a large business group and it will not be the last.

This is not our first time to Meriton Pitt Street but it is the first opportunity we have had to review the hotel. The word is impressive because your services and associated staff were just that. It makes all the difference to have such open and helpful professionals in the hospitality industry that care about people especially to those who have booked online and are visiting Australia for the first time. Your website is user friendly with most of the room interiors shown except for interior shots of the studio apartments to which we might add came as a pleasant surprise and worthy of an interior shot to compliment the full range of interiors at the hotel. The room facilities were of a high standard catering for all our needs without exception.
The Pitt St location is spot on for walking access to most parts of the cities major attractions its surrounding parklands and public transportation especially the monorail and harbour ferries. What we liked most about the hotel is that it’s in Sydney’s CBD offering competitively priced excellent accommodation, especially for those booking in advance online.
We have already recommended the Meriton to friends here in Australia and Overseas.

Meriton Serviced appartments Pitt Street are in a great inner city location, with easy walking access to train station, supermarkets, restaurants, chinatown and hyde park. Great, modern, clean and spacious family accomodation, and friendly accomodating staff.

My experience at Meriton Apartments Pitt St Sydney was fantastic. Your staff on the front desk were wonderful. I was travelling with two young children and was helped with my luggage and an emergency toilet stop!! The apartments were in very good condition and the daily service was great. The location was close to all forms of public transport, supermarket, eating out options and shopping and also not far to walk to Circular Quay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Meriton Serviced Apartment, corner Pitt and Bathurst Street in Sydney CBD. This is a very well located hotel, close to China Town, Centerpoint, Town Hall Station, many restaurants, monorail and Hyde Park. Our stay from the moment we arrived until we checked out two days later was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for included apart from internet for which a fee is applicable. We were on the 49th floor with a lovely view over the water. The lifts are swift which is important when you are on the 49th floor!! Air conditioning worked very well and there was plenty of hot water.

The apartment was well presented and equipped in a perfect location for both my business meetings and tourism. I was upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment and the staff were very flexible when I had flight disruptions due to the Ash cloud.

Everything, the pleasant helpful staff with great service, the quality of the room and amenities. It was all excellent. Will definitely stay there every time I go to Sydney.

Great location and good service.

We loved how central it was and the apartments were up to date and fantastic. We also loved having our own kitchen and laundry room. This was the last stop on our Australia trip and couldn't have had more comfortable accommodations! We also loved having a gym and pool on site!

As we left the Meriton after checking out, we both said how professional the check-in and check-out staff were. Staff should be congratulated for the manner in which they carry out their roles

This was the second time that we have chosen to stay at Meriton on Pitt St. On both occasions we have found the apartment very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. We also like Meriton because of its central location and proximity to public transport.

Just loved staying with Meriton Apartments, I've stayed with Meriton Pitt st, Meriton Danks St, and Meriton Parramatta, Loved it all...I must say Im Meriton's biggest fan, great customer service, great place where they at, Great looking rooms, what else could I ask 4??...thumps up!!!

The apartment was fantastic for two couples, and a really acceptable price. Couldnt have stayed at a better place, a great place for our first time to sydeny. Will definatly be back!
