Each and every meriton Apartment we have stayed in, has been spacious, contemporary in it's styling and furnishing and has represented much better value than a typical Hotel Room. Even when we are not travelling with family or other guests, we prefer to book an apartment for the extra space and features that you get compared to a Hotel Room.

Stopped by here for three nights with the family. We arrived early in the morning due to flights but the reception staff found us a room so we could check in early. We ended up on the 75th floor in a 3 bedroom penthouse which gave us plenty of room to spread out. Location was excellent within easy walking distance to everything. The view was just amazing day or night you just sat and looked at the view.

Meriton serviced apartments are the best apartments/or accomodation we have ever stayed at. We would not stay anywhere else - cannot wait to come again!!

I love World Tower and enjoy every stay I have had so far.......looking forward to many more

Stayed 3 nights in a 2 bed unit on 67th floor. Receptionists were fast and friendly. We got 3 keys/elevator passes and zoomed up the ultra fast ear popping elevator to floor 67. We were so impressed with our rooms. The view over toward Hyde Park was stunning. The rooms are quite sizeable and were well equipped with everything we needed.
Meriton Kent Street (we stayed 3 nights in 2 bed unit there) is great but this is even better. Room ambience and decoration is superior here and view is more dramatic due to the extra height. Location wise there's nothing to choose between them.
Only criticism my wife thought carpets were a bit dusty.
Supermarket in the basement is very convenient and a taxi rank outside the front door is so convenient for airport transfer. No fuss on check out just drop your keys off and jump in a taxi 5 meters away.

If you want apartment accommodation in Sydney CBD you will be very pleased with this place.

Stayed here after a 18 day cruise around south Australia and South Island of New Zealand. Took time to negotiate the car park but eventually found our way to reception. Couldn't get to our 2 bed apartment until 2.00pm so left the luggage in their safe room. Found the apartment clean and spacious. We were on the 65th floor and the views from each room was amazing - in fact my cousins in the second room didn't draw their curtains at night because they didn't want to miss anything! I asked for the sheets /towels to be changed after the second night as our cousins were swopping and this was done. The apartment had everything that you need and there are plenty of shops near by including a Coles.There was a party going on very loudly in the next room and we thought this would disturb us but by the time we returned it was quiet - they do say no parties! Although the hotel is large the reception staff are very friendly. We will never stop enthusing about the view.

We stayed here Dec 2011 to see the Harry Potter Exhibition. Our party was myself and my two kids and two nieces. We had a 3 bedroom corner apartment and the amount of space was incredible. Two of the bedrooms were massive and the master had an extra sunroom space which was lovely to have my morning coffee in and read my book. Very clean, great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Downstairs underneath is a shopping area and very conveniently a Coles so stocking up is easy. The Monorail is right next door too and we used that extensively to visit Darling Harbour and to get to the Powerhouse Museum. I would definitely stay here again as the price was very reasonable for the accommodation we got and the location and views we had.

The location of World Tower is second to none if you are looking at doing Sydney CBD Activities. It's a stones throw away to george Street for movies, pubs, bars, restaurants, a 10min walk to Darling Harbour, the Convention Centre you name it. Our favourite was the short walk to China Town and Australia's greatest chineese restaurant - The Golden Centuary! The only let down of the stay was no mini bar in the room as its a serviced apartment. But everything else was great. We even had a great view of the harbour.

I stayed at World Tower for 4 nights with 4 friends while attending a conference. We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the 64th Floor. The views are fantastic and the apartments were spacious and clean. Each bedroom has either a king zip bed or can be made up as 2 single beds - this is a big plus for group travel.
The lounge area was spacious with plenty of seats for everyone. I have stayed in 2 bedroom apartments before with only a 2 seater couch so it was great to have space and comfort to relax after shopping or a long day at the conference.
The location was great, walking distance to Sydney Entertainment Centre, chinatown, darling harbour etc with plenty of places to eat close by.
We made use of the pool which is on the 61st floor - great view over the city. I did even use the gym once, for such a large complex the gym did seem rather small but my friend and I did have it to ourselves at 6.30am.

We had a 3 bed apartment on the 70th floor over the Mardi Gras weekend. Dont think you will find a better apartment for groups - the loungeroom was MASSIVE ! really nice to have so much space to enjoy the great views through the floor to ceiling windows. So high up you feel like your in an airplane, no noise at all (lack of fresh air would be my only issue with being so high up but this cant be avoided as of course windows cant be opened)
The furnishings are all modern and very comfy, everything you would want in the kitchen and the beds were large and extremely comfy :) Staff were polite and our room was cleaned everyday. Fantastic location - right downstairs is a Coles supermarket and shops, round the corner from all the action and train station. The Pool and spa was also a real treat - again with amazing views :)
Will come back and stay again in a flash as should you !

I have stayed at this and other meriton properties in sydney on many occasions over the years, and cannot fault them. My grandparents were heading off on their 1st overseas trip in many years (due to ill health), so as a way of thanking them for all the wonderful things they do for our family, decided to book a 3 bedroom apartment as a surprise,and what a surprise it was for them. We had apartment 6908 on the 69th floor, which was fantastic for location, space, and views to die for. We were actually able to drop them off for their cruise,then go back to the room and watch them sail off into the horizon. Very convenient for shopping, eating out and exploring... my grandparents are "hooked".. even the reception was great, which has not always been the case here, well done meriton, you have made two grandparents extemely happy, was worth every cent...will be back again and again :) highly recommended

Magnificent view from 66th floor! Perfect location in the very heart of city in Sydney! Very nice pool and sauna on 61st floor!
Two-bedroom apartment was very large and nice, grand TV set, awesome views, everything modern and luxurious! I mean even the dishes in the kitchen!
Our family with three kids really enjoyed every moment of our stay!
It is just amazing to look at Sydney lights from 66th floor on night-time. Certainly a billion dollar look!

Great location and value for the money. The views were stunning overlooking to the city and the apartment was well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious , very clean and stylish, good place to do business. Also a nice swimming pool, with Sauna and Jacuzzi to relaxed. Great accommodation and amenities. Staffs are friendly and polite. Great stay and satisfied by their services given to us. Highly recommended.

This place is truly amazing, and great value for money. I stayed with colleagues on a work trip, sharing an apartment with 3 other people. The apartment was just beautiful, so spacious and stylish. The best thing was probably the view from the 70th floor which was just an incredible panoramic view over Sydney.
The facilities were also great. The hotel has a small gym, but with most machines and some free weights. Also a nice swimming pool, with sauna and jacuzzi, again with amazing views over sydney for the 60 something-th floor.
To summarize, an amazing stay and I recommend it to anyone.

Stayed in 2 bed 2 bath apartment on 69th floor with panoramic view of Darling Harbour and beyond. The extra glass sunroom was a great spot to sit with a coffee relax and just appreciate the view! King beds in both bed rooms large screen tv in large lounge dining area fully equipped full size kitchen etc etc! I could live there!!!! No complaints from us!

we rented a 3 bedroom at meriton, there were 2 other meriton around the area but we settled for world tower. it's really convenient with a cafes, restaurants and supermarket just a lift a way!
the views from the apartment were amazinggg!rooms and amenities were clean and well kept!
my only complaint is that they do not have wifi!its cable broadband. other than that, the price is reasonable for the quality they provide!

We (a young family of four) stayed for one week here in September. The two bedroom apartment was so clean, new and comfortable. I believe the entire property was refurbed late 2010 - the kitchen appliances (Bosch I think) were in great condition and so clean. The furnishing were very modern and the whole accommodation felt very hygienic! To my surprise the room got serviced every day - new supply of towels, new soap, new toilet paper! The very friendly and gracious cleaners would make the beds, arrange the kids
teddy bears, pair up shoes and even unpack the dishwasher every day.
The location was great - just a one-block walk down Liverpool Street got you to the new Darling Harbour Precinct. Downstairs was a Coles and within a 100m radius on street level was cuisine of every sort. It's a very decent part of Sydney - not a dirty of dodgy part.
The indoor heated pool and spa were nice and clean, although the pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer. We were on the 65th floor and had great views of Darling Harbour and even had a peek of the Harbour Bridge between the buildings.
I would definitely recommend Meriton World Tower. I hope it is representative of the Meriton Group, as I'm about to book Meriton Broadbeach now.

Just got home from staying a couple of nights in a 3 bdr apartment here with my brother, sister-in-law, & their two children. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding! We got a high level room with fantastic views! Reception was very helpful with our every request. I will definitely make this my no 1 place to stay in Sydney from now on!!!!! 5 star luxury with 5 star service ... What an achievement so missed by others!

Stayed for 5 nights in a 2 bedrm apt on the 69th floor. Great location and fantastic views - near to supermarkets / subway stations etc. Clean apt with a spacious bathroom in the master bedroom.

There is no better feeling than providing a description of the type of room when booking then upon arrival having a room that is an exact match.
I have been let down many times in the past but the room was perfect!
I have stayed at World Tower now on numerous occasions and have never been let down and continually impressed by the little improvements each time and look forward to many more stays in the future.

Just returned home from my third stay at this property, feeling like every dollar was well spent.

Like most of the other reviews, one has to gush about the views from the level 65+ apartments. We had a corner room (6707) and could see out to the ocean from one room, across the city (it's initially disconcerting to be nearly eye level with Centrepoint) and out to the mountains in the west. The sunset from that level is spectacular.

To top off the Saturday night, we could see no less than FIVE separate fireworks displays throughout the city. (A park near Ultimo, Darling Harbour, Sydney harbour east, Sydney harbour near the bridge, which we could see mostly through the buildings, all of them around 20 mins apart)

Booking was easy. I used the "myrez" hot deals site they link from the Meriton home page and the rates were reasonable. I also found out that the contact number they email with the booking confirmation was a "hotline" of sorts, just for the hot deals people. Nice!

I found the staff to be friendly, efficient and helpful.

Exemplary customer service. It was a 5 star experience from reservations, to arriving and checking out. Extremely accommodating upon early arrival, securing our luggage until check in time. The concierge service was exceptional, going above and beyond each time. Extremely personable and pleasant to even the children. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would love to return should we return to Sydney.

We had a great time with wonderful service. Even the cleaning staff were friendly in the hall ways. We are already starting to look at when we are able to stay again.

Only thing maybe a extra banklet or 2 in the cupbroad would be good.

Wonderful apartments. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgable. The cleaning staff were most pleasant - I was not aware of the daily servicing and it was a nice touch to have the cushions fixed, the dishwashwer unpacked, the shoes put together. Loved the newness and cleanliness of the apartment and felt very comfortable. Great location with great nearby amenities. Top quality kitchen fittings. Thanks for a great stay - will be back!

Our stay was most enjoyable (as it was on our first visit in 2010). Amenities, service and cleanliness were excellent. The views are amazing and we could not have wished for anything better! With 3 generations (our grandchildren and their parents) accommodated, all of our needs were met. We found the non-weekend rates to be very affordable. Sincere thanks! We're recommending you to all of our friends. We'll definitely be back!

We were extremely impressed with the apartment we stayed in. The rooms and living areas were very spacious and the Meriton World Tower was close to everything. The staff were very courteous and professional. Housekeeping of the apartment was exceptional the apartment was maintained immaculately. The views to the city were fantastic. We all loved the facilities especially the indoor pool and spa. We would definitely stay with Meriton again.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very modern, well appointed and roomy apartments, with great views across Sydney. You will never get a better view than the one from the swimming pool at the upper levels of the building. Location is also very good. Within walking distance to most of central Sydney. Can be pricey at times, but booking ahead usually assures a good deal. Being an apartment building there is no restaurant, but there are so many restaurants on the doorstep that it isnt a problem. Also is a supermarket and liqour store in the shopping centre under the building. These apartments have been our first choice in Sydney for a few years now.

We stayed at the Meriton for four nights while we were visiting Sydney. There is a monorail station nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby which makes this place well located. The three bedroom apartment was fantastic. We were assigned to an apartment on the 72nd floor and we were astounded by the views. We got a great view of Darling Harbour and could also see as far as the airport! A good selection TV channels were available too. There is no room service here however they provide you with a list of take out menu's and they can deliver up to your apartment. All facilities in the hotel were great too, with the pool and gym on the 61st floor. The service was excellent, when our dishwasher wasn't working and couldn't be fixed, we were given a letter from the Management explaining what happened and a complimentary bottle of wine. We will definitely stay at a Meriton Serviced Apartment (especially at the World Tower in Sydney) when we visit Australia again.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for two nights 8th & 9th August, 2011 to accommodate 6 people. The hotel put us into the most amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment we have ever seen. The views were over the city, coast, Sydney Harbour and Darling Harbour. Our rooms were lovely and beds made up as requested into 6 singles. The apartment was massive in size with a full kitchen, laundry, large dining table, large lounge room with two oversized three seater lounges and two arm chairs with coffee table and large ottoman - one large flat screen tv and a smaller one in the main bedroom. There was in addition to the kitchen a sink/bar area. We had Miele appliances, large fridge, dishwasher & microwave oven. They also provide a desk and chair in the lounge room with modem (wifi costs extra) and in the main bedroom there was a large bath in the ensuite with separate shower, twin basins, heated towel rail & a toilet. Our apartment was lovely and clean and ready before 2pm so we were given an early check in plus an 11am check out. What a wonderful stay, thank you Meriton.

We will definitely stay here again. The apartment complex is right next to a monorail station and a short walk to the heart of the city and Darling Harbour. We purchsed a monorail family pass for 3 days for $50 which was very worthwhile. Our apartment was lovely - well furnished, maintained and very clean. Loads of space and of course the amazing view! Swimming pool was awesome but a little cool.

Myself and a group of 5 friends recently stayed at the Meriton World Tower. The room was a 3 bedroom Apartment on the 73 Floor with plenty of space to spare & fantastic views of the city and surrounds. The amenities in both the room we stayed and there Gym,Spa and Pool area where Iimmaculately maintained. The Professionalism of the staff while we stayed there was also Outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

We had 63 apartments booked between Kent Street & World Towers & Samir, who managed our booking was not only very pleasant & extremely helpful but nothing was too much trouble for him and he could not have been more accommodating. He made the process 'Problem Free'. This is the 1st time I have had to manage such a large group accommodation & he was patient & supportive. We will be using Meriton again in 2012 and for each year after that for our accommodation, when we attend the Hillsong conference in Sydney. The apartments were a home away from home, in fact we all felt more pampered than that at home.

Booked standard 2 bedroom apartment, on check in we had been upgraded to 3 bedroom apartment on 75th Floor. Great view of the city and surrounds. Excellent room facilities, comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Easy walk to loads of restaurants and shops.

We were very happy with our stay. We requested single beds as we were a group of 5 ladies and our request was met.

The appartment and hotel in general were very well presented and all staff friendly and helpful. Our appartment was excellent and the views sensational - it really kept the kids entertained. The rooms were large and the living areas more than generous which allows for an 'easy' stay and space to relax without getting in each other's way. We will definitely be back.

The whole experience was worth every cent for the views alone. The room was large and comfortable, the only complaint i would have was the air conditioner wouldnt turn up.

Always enjoy staying at the Meriton. Often stay at Meriton World Tower in Sydney and was my first stay at the Gold Coast last week. Always have top notch service at the Meriton and apartments are always tidy, roomy and comfortable.

Very good location, great apartment with good views over the harbour, daily service very good and reception staff very professional and helpful.

I have stayed at the World Tower on quite a number of occassions in the past 6 years. I have always found them to be comfortable, clean and the location and views are excellent. when in Sydney on business, i will continue to stay there and one day would like to take my family there on a weekend trip from Canberra.

Best accommodation I have stayed in, especially for couples! Plenty of room. Beautiful decor. Fantastic view! Can't fault it.

We had a really busy working week, and coming home to the 73rd floor of Meriton World Tower every night was an absolute blessing. The views were amazing (including looking at planes that are level with your eye line then watching them land); the beds were all comfortable; and the spa was a stunning way to end busy busy, days.

Our whole family had a very enjoyable stay. It was the kids first time staying overnight in the city. They didn't want to go to bed because they loved looking at the view. We loved our rooms. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We felt comfortable with all our dealings and would not hesitate to recommend Meriton to our friends and family (we already have).
